PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Customer SC score card performance
- Global Demand and Supply plan and rebalance
- MRP demand load to provide clear to build quantity for production
- Ensure to have clear visibility on materials over 16 weeks horizon by working with suppliers
- Identify all material issues, work with internal/external until issues get closed/resolved
- Supply allocation for maximize revenue
- PR Release and risk assessment
- Weekly Material Readiness report
- PR/PO Push/Pull review and action
- LT reduction
- Aged/Excess inventory reduction
- E & O management
- Logistics assignment
- Supply continuality - second source management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-5 years related purchasing/supply chain experience.
-Great business communication skills (oral and written)and strong interpersonal skills.
-Proven negotiation skills and solid knowledge of production and scheduling processes.
-Proficient with the procurement principles, practices and procedures and previous vendor management experience.
-Solid background with EMS within supply chain management and MRP know how.
-Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
-Ability to work in dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced, challenging environment.
