HR Operations Associate

I’m partnered with a leading organisation within the financial services sector that is looking to appoint an HR Operations Administrator on a 12-month temporary contract.

This opportunity sits within a busy and high-performing HR team and will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle whilst contributing to ongoing people process improvements and HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity across systems.
• Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, letters and employment references.
• Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
• Support payroll and benefits administration through timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate absence management, family leave and flexible working administration.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

About You

• 3+ years previous experience within an HR Administration or HR Operations role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
