This is a pivotal moment in the organisation’s evolution. The business has experienced rapid international expansion and continues to scale. You will contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the continued evolution of the firm’s consulting offerings, particularly at the intersection of AI, people strategy, and value creation

The organisation is investing significantly in data, advanced analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance its advisory capabilities. You will be expected to leverage these technologies to deliver differentiated, insight-led solutions, enabling more predictive and strategic decision-making around talent, workforce planning, and rewards.
