En tant que Technicien Supervision, vous serez responsable de l'exploitation et de la gestion des changements, de la prise d'appels clients à la mise à jour des environnements clients. Vous devez avoir une expérience préalable dans l'exploitation informatique et des compétences solides en systèmes et réseaux.

Missions

  • Assurer l'exploitation (maintien en conditions opérationnelles et gestion des changements) de bout en bout en apportant les corrections nécessaires sur le réseau et les équipements.
  • Assurer la prise des appels clients et leur suivi, et garantir des délais internes, contractuels de traitement des demandes.
  • Ouvrir, suivre et escalader des tickets de traitement d'incidents avec les fournisseurs, et effectuer un reporting sur l'avancée des tâches en cours.

Profil recherché

Vous avez déjà une expérience ou vous voulez vous investir dans l’exploitation informatique. Vous avez de réelles compétences dans les domaines Systèmes et Réseaux. Autonome, curieux(se) et polyvalent(e) vous êtes rigoureux(se) et appliqué(e) et aimez le travail en équipe.

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES REQUISES

Connaissances protocoles/technologies réseaux :

  • TCP/IP, (M,MP)-BGP, HSRP, VRRP
  • CIDR/Subnetting
  • QinQ
  • MPLS (VPNv4, FRR, MPLS-TE, EOMPLS, VPLS)
  • QoS (DSCP/IP Precedence/CoS)
  • Load balacing
  • Firewalling
  • Advanced IPv6 (NAT64 etc ..)

Système :

  • Connaissances virtualisation système.
  • Connaissances des environnements citrix.
  • Connaissances Netflow/Radius/DNS/MySQL/PGSQL/Apache.
  • Connaissances de langages de programmations / scripting.
  • Administration Système (LINUX (debian, redhat), Ubuntu, freebsd, WINDOWS)
  • Plateforme web (DNS, NFS, SNMP, DHCP, LVM, PHP-FPM,MySQL, varnish
  • Connaissance des Hardwares nécessaire.
