  • Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, team effectiveness, and organizational change.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, development priorities, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting needs, including role intake, sourcing, candidate pipeline development, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer partnership.
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Use applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and related recruiting tools to maintain accurate candidate workflows and support hiring outcomes.
  • Identify capability gaps and translate business needs into focused learning plans for employees, managers, and teams.
  • Coordinate the design, delivery, communication, and evaluation of training programs, including manager development, onboarding, compliance, professional skills, and role-specific learning.
  • Administer and optimize Cornerstone, including assignments, curricula, user records, completion tracking, reporting, content management, and learner and manager support.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts and external vendors to develop or source effective learning content and maintain accurate, current course materials.
  • Use learning data, employee feedback, performance trends, and business outcomes to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support compensation, job leveling, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness initiatives as business needs require.
  • Develop Excel-based reporting and analyses for talent, learning, recruiting, headcount, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Use AI and automation responsibly to improve HR service delivery, learning content, recruiting workflows, documentation, reporting, and the employee and candidate experience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role supporting leaders and employees.
  • Hands-on experience administering Cornerstone Learning Management System is required, including course assignments, completion tracking, reporting, content management, and user support.
  • Experience identifying training needs and coordinating or facilitating employee, manager, compliance, onboarding, or professional development programs.
  • Experience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and partnership with hiring managers.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, with the ability to maintain accurate candidate workflows and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Strong employee relations judgment with the ability to provide balanced, confidential, and practical guidance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel-based talent, workforce, recruiting, and learning reporting.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, scaling technology environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems, with a willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools that improve HR, recruiting, and learning effectiveness.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and credit check and have authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting payments, fintech, SaaS, or other technology-focused teams.
  • Experience with Cornerstone configuration, learning paths, compliance campaigns, dashboards, or system integrations.
  • Experience facilitating manager development, leadership, onboarding, or train-the-trainer programs.
  • Experience with Lever ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or comparable applicant tracking and sourcing tools.
