  • Recommend inventory acquisition timing and quantities that balance customer demand, capital expenditures, warehouse capacity, and manufacturer lead times.
  • Monitor inventory health and utilization across all locations, identifying opportunities to redistribute, repurpose, retire, or liquidate equipment.
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives to reduce shortages, improve asset utilization, and maximize return on capital investments.
  • Develop inventory policies, stocking strategies, and replenishment models that support operational readiness and business objectives.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to improve service levels, reduce lead times, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor supplier performance through key metrics such as delivery accuracy, quality, responsiveness, and lead-time adherence.
  • Partner with manufacturers and suppliers on forecasting, production planning, and staged delivery schedules.

Logistics & Operational Support

  • Coordinate supplier-held inventory and staged deliveries to align equipment availability with receiving capacity, deployment schedules, and event timelines.
  • Partner with Operations and warehouse teams to balance equipment allocation across markets and minimize rental, expedite, transportation, and shipping costs.
  • Coordinate barcoding, stenciling, asset tagging, and equipment readiness requirements to support efficient deployment and inventory tracking.
  • Support network-wide inventory movement strategies to ensure equipment is positioned to meet business demand.

Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize Power BI, Excel, Coupa, and other business systems to analyze demand trends, inventory performance, supplier metrics, and supply chain KPIs.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that increase supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Lead initiatives focused on supply chain modernization, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create and maintain tools, documentation, standard operating procedures, and collaborative resources that improve business processes and visibility.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide recommendations to leadership regarding inventory investments, supply chain risks, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning efforts to support business growth, strategic initiatives, and evolving operational requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Experience within the Audio Visual, Event Production, Entertainment Technology, Rental Equipment, Manufacturing, or Capital Asset Management industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of audio, video, lighting, scenic, staging, and production equipment used within live event environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing inventory strategies, supplier relationships, forecasting, and operational planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
