Responsible for assigned customers such as finding additional projects for existing customers Find out how to increase sales in existing customers.
ดูแลลูกค้าภายในประเทศและติดต่อประสานงานกับทาง RAM & GAM เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาสานต่อกับลูกค้าในประเทศ(กรณีที่ลูกค้าเป็น Global account)
Taking care of domestic customers and liaising with RAM & GAM in order to bring information to continue with domestic customers (in case the customer is a Global account).
เข้าใจถึงความต้องการของลูกค้าในประเทศ เพื่อส่งข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ให้กับทาง Global account
Understand the needs of domestic customers to send useful information to the Global account
ทำงานโดยใช้ทรัพยากรที่อยู่ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดและป็นไปตามนโยบายของ FGL
Work in the best use of available resources and comply with FGL policies.
สามารถเข้าถึงบุคคลที่สามารถตัดสินใจได้ในทุกๆลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมายและสร้างสัมพันธ์ภาพที่ดีให้กับทางลูกค้าและบริษัท
Be able to reach decision-makers in every assigned customer and build a good relationship with the customer and the company.
บริหารจัดการทุกลูกค้าให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ใน KPI โดยจะต้องมีการรายงานเป็นรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือนให้กับทาง GAM/RAM
Manage every customer to meet the goals set in the KPI, which must be reported weekly and monthly to GAM/RAM.
จัดเตรียมประมาณการยอดขายเป็นรายเดือนล่วงหน้า 3 เดือนและบริหารจัดการการขึ้นหรือลงของยอดขายได้
Prepare monthly sales forecasts 3 months in advance and manage the ups and downs of sales.
Update ข้อมูลการขอราคาจากลูกค้าเป็นรายเดือนส่งให้ GAM
Update monthly price request information from customers sent to GAM.
ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
