About the Role
We are seeking experienced CRM Operations Specialists with strong knowledge of sales operations, CRM platforms, workflow optimization, and data management.
You will apply your practical CRM expertise to evaluate sales processes, review CRM workflows and data, assess automation logic, and provide real-world feedback that helps improve next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required. Your CRM and sales operations expertise is what matters most.
What You'll Do
Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic across leading CRM platforms.
Review and assess processes within platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Document existing sales operations processes, workflows, and procedures.
Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide real-world CRM operations scenarios, examples, and best practices.
Review, analyze, and annotate CRM records, data, and user interactions.
Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with real-world sales operations.
Provide clear, actionable feedback on CRM processes and system outputs.
Contribute to documentation, training materials, process guides, and CRM-related content.
Help evaluate how effectively systems handle common sales operations and CRM use cases.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, sales operations, or a closely related function.
Strong practical experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
Experience optimizing sales processes, workflows, or CRM automation.
Strong understanding of CRM data management and data integrity.
Ability to analyze complex sales workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong process-mapping and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to document processes clearly and provide practical, actionable feedback.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in an asynchronous environment.
No formal degree is required; practical experience and CRM platform expertise are the primary criteria.
Preferred Experience
Experience with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is highly valued.
Experience providing training, process-improvement guidance, software implementation support, or operational feedback is a plus.
