About the Role
We are looking for experienced Product Management Specialists to contribute product expertise to a project supporting digital product development and the training of next-generation AI systems.
In this role, you will apply hands-on product management experience to analyze complex product scenarios, evaluate product documentation and strategy, assess prioritization decisions, and provide high-quality written recommendations. Your domain expertise will help shape how AI systems learn, reason, and perform through real-world professional input.
No prior AI experience is required. Your product management expertise is what matters.
What You’ll Do
Product Requirements & Documentation
- Analyze and synthesize complex product requirements.
- Transform product information into clear, actionable documentation.
- Draft and review Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), product specifications, and strategy memos for a variety of digital products.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Prioritization
- Evaluate product roadmap prioritization decisions using structured reasoning and evidence-based analysis.
- Explain and justify prioritization decisions clearly.
- Analyze trade-offs between competing product priorities, needs, and objectives.
Product Discovery & Recommendations
- Apply product discovery methodologies to scenario-based tasks.
- Conduct trade-off analysis and provide concise, well-reasoned written recommendations.
- Review product proposals and assess their alignment with stakeholder objectives, user needs, and business goals.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Communicate complex product concepts, frameworks, and decisions through well-structured written deliverables.
- Tailor written communication to different audiences.
- Evaluate product decisions and proposals from stakeholder and business perspectives.
Metrics & Experimentation
- Contribute product metrics assessments.
- Provide insights related to experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use structured analysis to support product decision-making and improvement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on product management experience, including ownership of shipped products.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality written deliverables such as PRDs, strategy documents, and decision memos.
- Advanced analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to distill complex information for varied audiences.
- Proficiency in roadmap prioritization, product discovery, and stakeholder alignment.
- Exceptional command of written English and the ability to communicate nuanced product concepts clearly.
- Background working with leading technology organizations or top academic programs is highly regarded.
- Experience collaborating across distributed, global teams is a plus.
