About the Role

We are looking for experienced Senior Accountant Experts to contribute specialized accounting knowledge and professional experience to a dynamic project focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems.

In this role, you will apply your expertise across financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and legal and financial document review. Your work will help provide high-quality, real-world professional input that supports how AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

No prior AI experience is required. Your accounting expertise and professional judgment are what matter most.

What You’ll Do

Financial Reporting & Statement Review

• Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide insights based on established accounting standards.
• Identify issues, inconsistencies, and areas requiring further consideration.

Audit Procedures

• Assess and critique audit procedures across diverse business scenarios.
• Identify gaps, best practices, and relevant regulatory considerations.
• Provide clear, practical feedback based on professional accounting experience.

Financial Modeling

• Create and assess financial models.
• Evaluate models for logical structure, accuracy, and reliability.
• Provide actionable insights based on your analysis.

Tax Compliance

• Analyze tax compliance practices and supporting documentation.
• Identify potential risks, compliance issues, and areas requiring attention.
• Provide detailed feedback grounded in accounting and compliance knowledge.

Legal & Financial Document Review

• Review a variety of legal and financial documents.
• Evaluate documents for clarity, correctness, and alignment with applicable regulations.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on the materials reviewed.

Feedback & Communication

• Deliver clear and constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials.
• Communicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure feedback is practical, accurate, and easy to understand.

AI Training Data Evaluation

• Support the development and evaluation of datasets used for AI training.
• Apply your accounting expertise to data labeling, annotation, and model evaluation activities.
• Use your professional judgment to assess the quality and accuracy of AI training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience, including experience handling complex financial scenarios.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and legal document review.
• Demonstrated ability to provide actionable feedback and communicate findings effectively in written and verbal formats.
• Prior experience with human data projects such as data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or model evaluation.
• Keen analytical skills with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset, with an interest in applying accounting expertise in innovative contexts.
• A strong and reliable accounting background with the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative project engagements.
