About the Role

We are looking for experienced UX Designer Specialists with strong expertise in user research, usability evaluation, research synthesis, and written communication.

In this role, you will apply your UX expertise to analyze research findings, evaluate digital product experiences, conduct UX audits, assess information architecture and interaction design, and produce clear, actionable documentation. Your work will contribute to training and evaluating next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world professional input.

No prior AI experience is required. Your UX expertise is what matters.

What You’ll Do

User Research & Research Synthesis

• Analyze user research data to identify patterns, user needs, and actionable insights.
• Synthesize complex research findings into structured, evidence-based outputs.
• Identify and resolve complex or conflicting data points.
• Translate research findings into concise and actionable recommendations.

Usability Evaluation & UX Audits

• Conduct heuristic evaluations to assess product usability against established best practices.
• Perform UX audits to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate and document usability findings clearly and systematically.
• Produce research summaries, usability reports, and rationale documents.

Information Architecture & Interaction Design

• Evaluate information architecture decisions and their impact on the user experience.
• Assess interaction design decisions against UX principles and user needs.
• Document design decisions, findings, and supporting rationale.

Accessibility

• Apply accessibility standards, including WCAG, when evaluating digital products.
• Identify accessibility considerations and opportunities to improve product inclusivity.
• Incorporate accessibility principles into UX audits and evaluations.

Written Communication

• Produce clear and precise written communications explaining research outcomes and design rationales.
• Communicate UX findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structure complex information so that recommendations are easy to understand and act upon.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, user research, usability testing, or related domains.
• Demonstrated experience producing research syntheses, usability evaluations, UX audit reports, or similar documentation.
• Proficiency in heuristic analysis, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines such as WCAG and their practical application.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate intricate concepts clearly in written English.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex research findings into actionable, structured outputs.
• Background with leading universities or highly regarded organizations is especially valued.
