Responsibilities:

• Support assigned projects, tasks and operational activities under appropriate guidance and supervision.
• Contribute to team objectives by completing assigned responsibilities accurately, efficiently and within agreed timelines.
• Develop understanding of organisational processes, business functions, products, services and workplace practices.
• Gather, analyse and organise information to support business activities, projects and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, team members and stakeholders to support the achievement of assigned objectives.
• Apply academic knowledge, technical learning or vocational training within practical business environments where appropriate.
• Follow applicable policies, procedures, compliance requirements and workplace standards.

  Qualifications:

  • Participation in or completion of relevant academic, vocational, technical or professional education programmes, depending on the nature of the role.
• Interest in developing professional knowledge, workplace capabilities and business understanding.
• Ability to learn new concepts, processes, tools and ways of working.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills appropriate to the level of the programme or assignment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Ability to organise work, manage assigned responsibilities and meet agreed deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of relevant business, technical or functional concepts appropriate to the area of assignment.
