Nous cherchons pour notre client un lead QA (H/F).

Eléments clés :

  • management fonctionnel d’équipe QA

  • stratégie de test complexe / multi-équipes

  • reporting et communication direction/management

  • amélioration continue, gouvernance QA

  • Jira + Xray ou Zephyr

  • QA Web + Mobile iOS/Android

  • Scrum + Kanban

  • BDD / Gherkin

  • expérience dans le secteur des médias

En bonus : certfications ISTQB/Agile, connaissance PowerBI/monitoring/analytics, Figma/Confluence/GitLab, pilotage de l’automatisation.

Mission de longue durée, démarrage novembre.

Profil recherché

  • Lead QA ayant déjà travaillé dans le secteur des médias.

  • Expérience avérée en QA Web & Mobile : maîtrise des tests fonctionnels, exploratoires, d'intégration et de non-régression sur environnements Web et applications mobiles (iOS / Android).

  • Expérience avérée en management fonctionnel d'une équipe QA (coordination, suivi, animation).

  • Maîtrise de la définition et du pilotage de stratégies de test complexes et multi-équipes.

  • Excellentes capacités de reporting et de communication à destination d'interlocuteurs variés.

  • Maîtrise de l’écosystème Atlassian (Jira pour la gestion de projet et Xray/Zephyr pour la gestion des tests).

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agiles.

  • Maîtrise de la méthodologie BDD et de la syntaxe Gherkin.
