¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Diseñar, construir y escalar sistemas de IA basados en bots y agentes autónomos.
  • Traducir procesos de negocio en flujos automatizados, trazables y escalables.
  • Desarrollar e integrar bots y agentes de IA con APIs, sistemas internos y herramientas como Microsoft Teams o Genesys.
  • Implementar arquitecturas de agentes (ReAct, tool calling, razonamiento multi-step y gestión de memoria).
  • Trabajar con frameworks de agentes como LangChain, LangGraph o Semantic Kernel.
  • Definir límites de autonomía, seguridad y gobierno en sistemas de IA.
  • Diseñar soluciones de automatización e IA sobre arquitecturas cloud (AWS).
  • Garantizar observabilidad, trazabilidad y control de sistemas no deterministas.
  • Optimizar rendimiento, costes y fiabilidad de soluciones de IA en producción.
  • Colaborar con equipos de arquitectura e IA en entornos locales e internacionales.

¿Qué habilidades y experiencia requerimos de ti?

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas u otras titulaciones STEM relacionadas.
  • Más de 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de soluciones de IA en producción.
  • Alto nivel de programación en Python y experiencia en sistemas distribuidos y APIs.
  • Experiencia diseñando bots, copilots o sistemas de automatización basados en IA.
  • Conocimiento de orquestación de procesos, agentes IA y paradigma ReAct.
  • Experiencia con frameworks de agentes como LangChain, LangGraph o Semantic Kernel.Experiencia con AWS (especialmente Bedrock, Lambda y API Gateway; Step Functions valorable).
  • Experiencia desplegando soluciones de IA escalables en entornos productivos.
  • Conocimiento de RAG, observabilidad de LLMs y buenas prácticas de IA (valorable).
  • Conocimiento en seguridad y gobierno de IA.
  • Capacidad de trabajo autónomo en entornos cambiantes y colaboración internacional.
  • Nivel fluido de español e inglés.
  • Modalidad híbrido Madrid.
