Offensive Security Consultant (Onsite - Singapore)

We are seeking an experienced Offensive Security Consultant to join our growing cybersecurity team in Singapore. In this role, you will perform comprehensive security assessments, identify vulnerabilities across various environments, and help clients strengthen their security posture through hands-on penetration testing and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct penetration testing on web applications, networks, mobile applications, APIs/web services, and thick client applications.

- Perform source code reviews and identify security vulnerabilities.

- Simulate real-world cyberattacks to assess security risks and uncover weaknesses.

- Develop and execute penetration testing methodologies using both manual and automated testing techniques.

- Prepare clear, detailed, and professional technical reports with remediation recommendations.

- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to communicate findings and support remediation efforts.

- Share technical knowledge with colleagues and contribute to continuous team development.

- Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Penetration Tester, Offensive Security Consultant, or similar cybersecurity role.

- Strong hands-on experience with web, network, mobile, and application penetration testing.

- Solid understanding of common vulnerabilities, exploit techniques, and secure coding principles.

- Experience using both automated security tools and manual testing methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, CREST, or CRTO.

- Experience conducting security assessments across diverse environments.

- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 standards or working within CREST-accredited environments.

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and participation in the cybersecurity community.

- Experience mentoring or sharing technical knowledge with team members.

Salary:

- SGD 5,000-8,000 per month
