Operations Associate Entry Level

Looking to start a career in operations? No prior work experience is required. In this role, you’ll support member onboarding, coordinate shifts and help clients meet their staffing needs.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment and workforce operations

- Guide new members through registration and onboarding, including job requirements, payments and benefits.

- Speak with members to understand their skills, availability, salary expectations and suitability for roles.

- Use our automated matching system to match members with job openings.

- Coordinate shift schedules, confirmations and replacements to help keep placements covered.

- Monitor attendance and resolve shift or deployment issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate member records and follow up with members about opportunities.

- Support recruitment through social media job postings, referrals, calls, networking and job fairs.

Client services

- Understand clients’ staffing requirements, work schedules and job requirements.

- Be a point of contact for client requests, feedback and day-to-day issues.

- Visit client offices and work sites to understand their operations and maintain service standards.

You’ll work with the team towards operational targets such as shift fill rate, response time, and member and client satisfaction.

- Clear communication skills and confidence speaking with people by phone and in person.

- Good organisation skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- A dependable, service-oriented approach and motivation to meet targets.

- Flexibility to respond when schedules change and to visit client offices and sites.

Working arrangements: You may need to be reachable by phone after hours when required and work weekends when needed. You will have two rest days each week, scheduled around operational needs.
