We’re hiring an SDR to join the Dubai team of a leading global technology company, supporting B2B customers across international markets.

The company provides technology solutions to businesses worldwide and is expanding its commercial team in Dubai.

What you’ll be doing:

Identify and prospect B2B customers across global markets
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels
Engage with business decision-makers and understand their needs
Qualify prospects and identify new business opportunities
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Work closely with Account Executives and the wider sales team throughout the sales process

What we’re looking for:

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR or business development
Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience
Confident communicator with good objection-handling skills
Target-driven, proactive and resilient
Experience in technology, SaaS or other B2B solutions is a plus
Comfortable working with international customers and different markets
Fluent in English; proficiency in a second-language proficiency, particularly German, French or Italian, is an advantage
