We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate all functional testing activities across a complex SAP/ERP transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the overall test strategy, ensuring that System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and related quality assurance activities are planned, executed, tracked, and documented effectively.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business users, project teams, PMO, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy, framework, and test phases in alignment with the PMO and project leadership.
• Establish, manage, and continuously improve test management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate the creation, review, and maintenance of test cases with business and functional workstream teams.
• Develop detailed test plans, schedules, resource plans, and entry/exit criteria for all testing phases.
• Manage SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities across multiple project modules and business functions.
• Track test execution progress, defects, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with system integrators and module teams.
• Monitor and report testing KPIs, quality metrics, and status updates to project leadership and steering committees.
• Facilitate defect triage sessions and coordinate issue resolution activities.
• Ensure adequate test coverage and traceability against business requirements.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments from a testing perspective and coordinate regression testing ahead of deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager within SAP, ERP, or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and quality assurance processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Jira/Xray, Tricentis qTest, or similar solutions.
• Experience managing SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple business and technical teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and tracking capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with global delivery teams and system integration partners.
• Knowledge of quality management, validation, or regulated industry testing environments is an advantage.
