Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant - ServiceNow / Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and enterprise integrations.

The candidate should have strong development, configuration, integration and troubleshooting experience within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.

Configure and manage SLAs.

Develop Forms, Lists, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Notifications.

Develop Business Rules, Script Includes and UI Actions.

Work with JavaScript and Glide APIs.

Implement Flow Designer and workflows.

Build Service Catalog items and approval workflows.

Work on ITOM capabilities including:

Discovery

Service Mapping

Event Management

Work on CMDB implementation and data quality.

Develop and support enterprise integrations.

Work with REST and SOAP APIs.

Configure IntegrationHub and MID Server.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Support ServiceNow enhancements and releases.

Work with Business Analysts, QA teams and platform leads.

Prepare technical documentation.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
