SAP Presales & Solutioning Leader
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Noida, Kolkata, Coimbatore

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Presales leader with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Digital Discovery Assessment (DDA), and customer-specific solution demonstrations. This role requires someone who can independently understand customer business requirements, build and customize demos, lead CXO-level discussions, identify industry-fit solutions, and clearly articulate the ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end SAP presales lifecycle - from opportunity qualification through solutioning and deal closure.
- Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and solution design discussions.
- Conduct customer-specific SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud demonstrations and DDA sessions.
- Independently build, configure, and customize SAP demo environments based on customer needs.
- Define business transformation roadmaps aligned with customer objectives and SAP best practices.
- Explain and demonstrate the ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation journey, including business and process impact.
- Develop industry-specific SAP solutions, accelerators, demo assets, and value propositions.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, effort estimation, and implementation approaches.
- Prepare business cases, ROI models, executive presentations, and solution documentation.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, SAP, and alliance partners to develop and win strategic opportunities.
- Present SAP capabilities across S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, Business AI, SuccessFactors, and Managed Services.
- Mentor presales consultants; build reusable solution assets, templates, and best practices.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, SAP events, webinars, and executive forums.
- Identify transformation opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 15 - 20+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong functional and business process expertise.
- Minimum 5 years in SAP Presales / Solutioning / Enterprise Architecture leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Experience with DDA and SAP demo environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and customize customer-specific SAP demos.
- Strong understanding of ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation.
- Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public/Private Edition).
- Strong understanding of SAP Business AI, BTP, Integration Suite, SAC, Signavio, and Managed Services.
- Cross-industry experience (Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Retail, or Professional Services).
- Excellent business communication, executive presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
Preferred Profile:
- Functional/Business Process expertise in SAP FI/Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or other core SAP domains.
- Experience developing industry-specific SAP solution propositions.
- Track record leading complex SAP transformation pursuits.
- Comfortable working closely with Sales and Delivery teams in a collaborative environment.
- Hindi and/or Tamil proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office (hybrid flexibility as applicable).

This is a Presales & Solutioning leadership position. Candidates whose experience is predominantly in AMS, application support, production support, or service delivery - without strong hands-on presales, solutioning, and demo experience - will not be considered.
