Senior Agentic AI Architect

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Architect / Technology Advisor with 15+ years of experience in software product development, architecture, AI/ML and emerging technologies.
The candidate will act as a technology advisor to Product and Engineering teams, guiding new implementations, defining technology principles, evaluating emerging technologies, and shaping future-ready product architecture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise Product/Engineering leadership on new and emerging technologies and their applicability.
- Define technology and architecture principles for new product implementations.
- Evaluate and recommend Agentic AI, GenAI, AI frameworks, models and protocols.
- Guide teams from PoC - MVP - production.
- Review solution architecture, scalability, security and technology choices.
- Identify upcoming technologies and assess their business value, maturity and implementation feasibility.
- Mentor architects and engineering teams and provide technical direction.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, R&D and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills :
- 6+ years in Software/Product Development, Architecture or Technology Consulting.
- Strong GenAI + Agentic AI experience.
- Strong understanding of modern and emerging technologies.
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Copilot, AgentSpace or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MCP, A2A, LLMs, RAG and AI Agent architectures.
- Strong software architecture and design principles.
- Programming experience in any 2 : Python / Java / JavaScript.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and Linux/Unix.
- Hands-on knowledge of Bash scripting.
- Experience with at least 2 of : Deep Learning, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Excellent consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education :
- BE/BTech or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Premier institute background preferred/mandatory as per client requirement.
Ideal Profile :
- A senior technology thought leader/architect who can advise the product organization on what technologies to adopt, why to adopt them, architectural principles to follow, and how to implement them at enterprise scale.
