AI Data Scientist

We are looking for a AI Data Scientist with 3+ years of professional experience in implementing Python ML alghoriths for computer vision, BigData, LLM and model deployment in production systems.

This is what we expect from you:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and produce solution designs for AI applications
• Serve as a tech lead for the team to support them in a scrum agile methodology to validate assumptions, estimate, identify dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, enforce process, coding and quality best practices, and support the Agile release process.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve complex issues and generate innovative solutions using AI.
• Estimate features in Scrum Agile methodology.
• Develop and code new services or proofs of concept as required.
• Debug and help the team navigate complex issues.
• Communicate and represent the team in front of the client.

Must Skills:

• Experience on RAG projects using unstructured data.
• Production experience of building computer vision models CNN, GAN or equivalent.
• Experience AI frameworks, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Langchain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Langfuse.
• Experience with ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, train/validation/test splits, overfitting, regularization, and common metrics (precision, recall, F1, ROC-AUC, etc.)
• Apply core ML concepts to evaluate and improve agent performance, including dataset curation and bias/safety checks
• Experience building LLM-powered applications end-to-end: from idea → prototype → production
• Fine-tuning / adapters / instruction-tuning, or experience with RAG as an alternative.
• Deploy and operate AI services in production, establishing CI/CD pipelines, observability, logging, and tracing
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to shape requirements, translate them into agent capabilities, and manage expectations
• Experience with managing work and releases in Jira. Experience with GitHub and Azure release pipelines integrations with Jira.
• Document comprehensive designs, decisions, and runbooks for complex systems

Qualifications:

• Data bases: NoSQL, PosgressDB, Milvus, Qdrant or equivalent
• Software frameworks: Fast API, poetry, or equivalent
• Proven ability to work with RESTful architectures.
• Programming languages: Python
• MLops, LLMops pipelines with tools like Langfuse, deepeval
• Unstructured data processing pipelines, image recognition, document parsing
  

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with Python
• 2+ years of recent tech lead experience in ML/LLM projects
• Proven experience on AI/ML projects
• Proven experience working with LLMs
