Overview:
G42 Americas is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across North America and Europe. This role will own the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while driving process excellence and scalability as the organization continues its global growth.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in US payroll, hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS and Payroll, and exposure to complex, multi-country payroll environments across the United States, Canada, France, and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across the United States, Canada, France, and Ireland.
- Own payroll accuracy, controls, governance, and compliance with all local statutory requirements.
- Administer and optimize Rippling HRIS and Payroll solutions.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
- Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and international payroll regulations.
- Manage employee payments, taxation, benefits deductions, bonuses, equity-related payroll activities, and off-cycle payments.
- Drive payroll process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational growth, acquisitions, and international expansion activities as required.
- Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12-15+ years of progressive payroll experience.
- Extensive US payroll expertise within high-growth technology organizations.
- Experience managing payroll operations across:
- United States
- Canada
- France
- Ireland
- Strong hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS and Payroll.
- Deep understanding of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience partnering with third-party payroll vendors and global employment providers.
- Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving capabilities.
