International automotive company GAC is looking for a CRM Analyst for the Marketing Division.

CRM Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Development of LMS business process.
  • Investigation of competitors.
  • Identification of current issues and gaps & countermeasures.
  • Benchmarking.
  • Investigation of marketing funnel.
  • Investigation of sales funnel.
  • Deep investigation of DNM tool.
  • Deep investigation of media tool.
  • Deep understanding of DNM dashboard.
  • Communication with key stakeholders.
  • Scaling business process to DLR network.
  • New dealers training.
  • Weekly monitoring of DLRs KPIs
  • Work with weak dealers.
  • Collaborate with media agency on CDP development.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (IT is preferred).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in an automotive, banks, audit, financial, retail and other companies as an analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel with macros and SQL; Power BI and other analytical tools.
  • English level at least B2 - for everyday communication and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, high level of responsibility, good presentation skills.
