4-识别项目过程中的潜在风险，及时制定并执行有效的应对措施，保障项目顺利推进。

职位要求

1-全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子、自动化等相关专业。

2-3年以上软件项目管理经验，熟悉软件开发流程，具备嵌入式开发经验者优先。

3-熟悉软件开发技术，如Java、Python、C++等编程语言，能与软件开发人员沟通快速理解技术难点。

4-熟练使用项目管理工具，如project、tapd、Jira、confluence等，能够高效进行项目跟踪和管理。

5-持有软考中项、PMP、PRINCE2等项目管理认证者优先。

6-具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术和新工具，适应行业快速发展的需求。

7-具备良好的团队合作精神，责任心强，能够在高强度的工作环境中保持高效的工作表现，承受一定的工作压力。
