工作内容：

1.覆盖垂直行业，与需求方澄清需求，梳理需求文档，翻译制作项目生产手册。

2.对内外部参与数据采集作业的人员进行需求规则培训，答疑

3.跟盯采集标注等作业环节进度、质量指标达成分析，及改善跟踪

4.维护生产平台中项目任务创建、及数据转存交付

5.主导团队招聘、培训、任务分配及绩效考核。

任职要求：

1.有数据生产行业的项目管理经验，如采集项目经理、标注项目主管/经理、数据中心资源运营等。

2.有项目统筹能力，如跨部门协同能力。

3.具备优秀的团队管理能力，能够激励团队达成高效成果。

4.有清晰的逻辑条理，与内容整合输出能力。有解决问题的态度和能力。

5.本科及以上学历，机器人工程、自动化、运营管理、统筹分析等相关专业优先。
