1-负责研发项目的整体规划，从项目启动到最终验收的全流程管理。

2-综合版本规划、研发资源、研发设备、物料回样周期等制定项目计划，并监控计划的执行，确保项目按时交付，满足进度、质量、成本和范围目标。

3-识别项目过程中的风险，及时制定应对措施，确保项目顺利开展。

4-协助收集、整理和分析产品需求，协助需求调研及用户验证相关工作。

5-负责项目相关文件资料的整理、归档和管理，确保资料的完整性和可查性。

职位要求

1-本科及以上学历，工程管理、计算机、电子、自动化、机械等相关专业。

2-8年以上硬件项目管理经验，具备智能硬件产品量产经验者优先，机器人行业背景尤佳。

3-扎实的项目管理理论基础，通过PMP或PRINCE2等项目管理认证者优先，熟悉IPD体系优先。

4-能熟练使用项目管理工具（如project、tapd、Jira、confluence等）。

5-通过PMP或prince2等项目管理认证更佳。

6-具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和技能，适应行业快速发展的需求。

7-具备良好的团队合作精神，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力。
