岗位职责

1. 负责文旅板块销售工作，聚焦具身智能场景示范区业务推广，开发地方政企大客户，搭建区域合作生态，打造本地标杆项目，实现业务规模化落地与复制，完成团队销售目标。

2. 结合各区域文旅特点，定制差异化合作方案与落地执行方案，优化项目流程，缩短项目签约、落地到运营的全周期。

3. 负责政府端合作活动的策划与落地执行，统筹示范区揭牌、联合发布会、政策调研会等政企活动; 对接本地官方宣传渠道，做好品牌正向传播，提升企业文旅板块品牌公信力。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，公共管理、法学、经济学、管理学等相关专业优先; 拥有文旅集团、景区、主题乐园、文博场馆、文商旅综合体等政企资源，或具备千万级项目落地经验、技术商业化、政企投融资经验者优先。

2. 5-10年政府关系、公共事务、市场销售相关工作经验，有文旅行业从业背景优先; 熟悉完整商业项目流程，具备线索挖掘、合同签订、项目交付、验收回款等全流程实操经验，可独立开展业务工作。

3. 具备优秀的公文撰写、PPT汇报及商务沟通能力，擅长对接政府各级别人员，沟通得体高效，具备较强的问题解决能力与方案整合落地能力。

4. 对人工智能、机器人等前沿科技有学习兴趣和快速适配能力，可高效对接技术团队，将技术能力转化为可落地的商业合作方案。

5. 接受高频出差，抗压能力强，能够独立处理复杂政企对接及项目对接场景。
