We are looking for a Team Lead - E-Bike Mechanics to oversee and guide our mechanics team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair. As the most experienced mechanic on your team, you will be the go-to expert for technical questions, complex repairs, and process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining top-tier quality standards.
