About the role:

We’re looking for a Gen AI Design Intern who’s excited to create visuals using generative AI tools and has a foundation in art and design. You’ll spend your time primarily prompting, experimenting, and turning creative briefs into images and assets, along with editing and refining them in Photoshop as needed. This is a hands-on learning role for someone curious, self-driven, and who treats AI tools as a craft to get better at, not just a button to press. You don’t need years of experience. We care more about your eye, your curiosity, and how you think through a problem than about a long resume.

What You'll do:

• Use generative AI tools (ComfyUI, Scenario, Higgsfield, Magnific, Midjourney, or similar) to create images and assets from creative briefs.
• Write, test, and refine prompts to get precise, consistent, high-quality results.
• Take a problem or brief, break it down, and figure out the right approach to solve it visually.
• Apply art fundamentals to guide your outputs and identify what needs improvement.
• Use Photoshop to edit, clean up, composite, and finish images, and create or prepare layered files and exports as needed.
• Keep your work consistent in style, palette, and quality across a set of assets.
• Document what you tried and what worked so others can follow your process.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques and share what you learn.

What We are Looking for:

• Strong prompting skills - you understand how to structure a prompt, iterate, and steer a model toward what you actually want.
• A good design eye and a basic understanding of art fundamentals -composition, colour, light and shadow, form, proportion, and perspective.
• Basic art development skills - the ability to use references, explore visual ideas, and develop them into finished assets.
• Hands-on Photoshop skills for editing, cleanup, finishing, and file preparation.
• The ability to think through a problem statement - to take an open-ended brief, ask the right questions, and plan an approach rather than waiting to be told every step.
• Curiosity, self-direction, and willingness to experiment and learn fast.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• A degree in fine arts, applied arts, illustration, design, or a related field.
• Experience building node-based workflows in ComfyUI or similar.
• Ability to clean up, refine, and finish your outputs using AI tools only.
• Building your own AI-powered tools or utilities to speed up your work.
• Familiarity with video or animation generation.
• Any traditional art, design, photography, or 3D background, including familiarity with Blender or similar software.

• A portfolio or sample of AI-generated work you’ve made (any format is fine), along with examples of Photoshop editing or finishing.
• A short note on a project where you solved a visual problem - what the brief was, how you approached it, and what you’d do differently.
• Any drawings, paintings, illustrations, or other work that shows your art skills.
• Optional: any workflows or tools you’re proud of, even rough ones.
