Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Executives, preferably within the Accounting | Audit | Financial Services Industry
Relevant Tertiary Qualification required
Advanced proficiency in MS Word | MS Excel | MS Outlook essential
Experience with Sage Accounting | Xero Accounting will be advantageous
Strong experience in Diary & Calendar Management | Inbox Management | Client Correspondence | Meeting Coordination | Board Packs | Deadline & Follow-Up Management essential
Experience liaising with Clients | Banks | Brokers | Financial Advisors | Auditors | Legal Advisors | Government Departments beneficial
Strong English and Afrikaans Written & Verbal Communication Skills essential
Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport required

Salary Structure:

Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
