Production Engineer – Packaging Department

Supervise daily packaging operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor production performance, labor productivity, and packaging line efficiency.
Ensure product quality throughout all packaging stages.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
Coordinate with the maintenance department to resolve equipment breakdowns and improve operational efficiency.
Train operators and supervisors on standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
Monitor raw material consumption and reduce packaging waste.
Prepare daily production reports and analyze performance against targets.
Coordinate with Quality Control and Production Planning to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Residents of 6th of October City or nearby areas are preferred.
B.Sc. in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
1–3 years of production experience; packaging experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of production processes and packaging operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Very good communication and teamwork skills.
Very good command of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
