Manager, App Traffic Strategy

Join GCash as an App Traffic Strategy Manager and help shape how millions of users experience the GCash app. In this role, you will optimize customer journeys, manage in-app traffic, and use data and experimentation to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will work closely with Product, Commercial, Campaigns, Growth Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver growth initiatives that drive business impact.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Design and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and support business goals.
• Manage in-app traffic allocation to maximize customer lifetime value and product adoption.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments to improve user journeys and campaign performance.
• Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Campaigns, Growth Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to deliver customer-focused initiatives.
• Improve processes and ways of working to make journey planning, traffic management, and experimentation more efficient.
• Track key performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support the achievement of business and commercial targets through data-driven strategies.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, App Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Experience with App Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4, Datadog, or Contentsquare) is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM platforms (such as CleverTap or AliGrowth) and UI/UX tools (such as Figma, InDesign, or Zeplin) is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, customer journey optimization, or lifecycle marketing is an advantage.
