As the Global Service Line Leader for the GridOS Data Suite, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Connect & Data Fabric platforms. You will serve as a strategic partner to our global customers, guiding them through complex architectural transitions and ensuring that our software solutions deliver tangible, high-impact business outcomes.

Job Description

What You Will Accomplish

  • Strategic Leadership: You will champion thought leadership for the GridOS ecosystem, collaborating with portfolio leaders worldwide to align technical roadmaps with long-term customer goals.
  • Global Delivery: You will oversee the end-to-end implementation of GridOS Connect & Data Fabric solutions, ensuring projects are delivered with precision, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Talent Development: You will build, mentor, and inspire high-performing regional teams. By fostering a culture of technical excellence and creative problem-solving, you will ensure we have the best talent to meet our global service commitments.
  • Customer Partnership: You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate the challenges of integrating modern data fabric architectures with their existing legacy environments.
  • Market Influence: You will stay at the forefront of the industry, researching emerging technologies and market trends to ensure our service delivery remains innovative and competitive.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Industry & Domain Expertise: You bring substantial experience in the software industry, specifically within the Utilities sector. You have a deep understanding of Data Fabric platforms and how they drive enterprise-level success.
  • Consultative Approach: You are adept at translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable technical roadmaps. Your ability to guide stakeholders through solution configurations and cost-benefit analysis sets you apart.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: You have a proven ability to lead and motivate blended, cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external partners. You excel at navigating organizational structures to break down barriers and achieve consensus.
  • Operational Excellence: You possess a strong grasp of project lifecycle management, from early-stage planning to operational stability. You are comfortable managing project budgets and ensuring key performance targets are met.
  • Communication Skills: You are a compelling communicator who can present technical strategies to leadership, influence stakeholders at all levels, and articulate value with clarity and impact.
  • Education & Certification: You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and ideally possess a Six Sigma Green Belt (or an equivalent quality certification) that underscores your commitment to process improvement.
  • Flexibility: You are comfortable with a hybrid working environment and willing to travel up to 50% of the time to engage with our global teams and customers.
