We are seeking a Workplace Ops/Experience Manager to support the day-to-day management of workplace operations, employee experience, facilities services, vendor coordination, and office administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging workplace environment while supporting office events, onboarding activities, health & safety initiatives, physical security, and workplace services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Workplace Operations, Office Administration, Facilities Coordination, Corporate Services, Employee Experience, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting office operations within corporate, consulting, technology, or professional services environments is preferred.
- Experience managing Facilities and Workplace Operations within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Workplace Governance, Compliance, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Proven experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Supplier Coordination.
- Experience managing office services, budgeting, procurement, and operational planning.
- Strong project management skills, including office moves, workplace upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, and workplace experience programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, workplace services, and employee experience initiatives. 
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, workplace logistics, and office readiness activities. 
- Drive employee engagement programs, workplace community initiatives, and office events. 
- Partner with internal teams to support change management activities, workplace communications, and employee communications. 
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, emergency response, and business continuity requirements. 
- Oversee office physical security, visitor management, access controls, and security-related processes. 
- Manage relationships with building management, landlords, service providers, and external vendors. 
- Coordinate office projects including expansions, relocations, refurbishments, and workplace improvements. 
- Support procurement activities, supplier management, contract administration, and office services delivery. 
- Drive sustainability initiatives and support environmental compliance objectives. 
- Manage workplace operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost optimization opportunities. 
- Maintain workplace documentation, policies, procedures, and knowledge resources.
