Salesforce Technical Lead

Requirements Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, Apex classes, triggers, collections, batch processing, scheduled Apex, dynamic Apex, Visualforce, wrapper classes, and test classes. Demonstrate strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform, SOQL, reports, dashboards, Platform Events, and event-driven integration mechanisms. Drive Salesforce architecture, configuration, solution design, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, metadata management, standard platform features, Force.com Sites, and MVC architecture. Design and implement integrations using web services, REST and SOAP APIs, custom APIs, email services, custom components, and Java-based API programming. Manage deployments using Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Force.com IDE, managed and unmanaged packages, Data Loader, and CLI-based deployment tools. Apply hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities to develop intelligent, AI-driven solutions. Collaborate effectively with clients, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
