Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Technicien Gestion des RH. Vous serez responsable du traitement opérationnel des dossiers liés aux arrêts de travail, en assurant une prise en charge homogène, rapide et sécurisée. Vos missions incluront la production de signalements d'arrêts de travail, le traitement des nouveaux arrêts et prolongations, l'ouverture et le suivi des dossiers d'incapacité et d'invalidité, ainsi que la réalisation des régularisations en paie. Vous contribuerez également au recouvrement des sommes avancées par l'entreprise et répondrez aux questions opérationnelles des salariés.
Missions
- Produire les signalements d’arrêts de travail en DSN à partir des arrêts saisis, traiter les nouveaux arrêts, prolongations, temps partiels thérapeutiques et congés supplémentaire naissance.
- Ouvrir et suivre les dossiers d’incapacité et d’invalidité auprès du prestataire prévoyance, enregistrer les informations nécessaires au suivi des IJSS et des indemnités de prévoyance.
- Réaliser les régularisations en paie : écarts de taux, arrêts non ou partiellement indemnisés, reprise du maintien de salaire, IJ brutes et nettes.
