- Définir l’organisation du programme et les responsabilités, gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs stratégiques et intégrateurs, mettre en place des modalités d’animation et de suivi hebdomadaire.
- Capitaliser sur les meilleures pratiques du marché et de l'entreprise, utiliser les 13 familles d’indicateurs clés sélectionnés par Generali pour assurer la cohérence du pilotage.
