People Business Partner Intern

Within The Central Functions People Business Partner team, we are looking for a People Business Partner Intern.

The intern will support the team in the following activities:

• Assist People Business Partners in delivering HR support to assigned business functions;
• Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce and HR-related data;
• Contribute to workforce planning activities and headcount monitoring;
• Assist in talent management, performance management, and succession planning processes;
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility activities;
• Help coordinate learning and development initiatives and training programs;
• Assist in maintaining organizational charts and organizational documentation;
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives;
• Support the communication and deployment of People initiatives across the organization;
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management and HR stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, completed or currently ongoing, in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Communication, or a related field;
• Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational topics;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach;
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
