Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the restaurant's financial records and ensure proper financial control and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and cash flow.
- Monitor budgets, inventory costs, and operational expenses.
- Reconcile daily sales and payment transactions.
- Ensure proper financial controls and accountability.
- Prepare financial statements and periodic reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
- Process payments and maintain proper financial documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Previous accounting experience; restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
