Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop, implement, and track process improvement strategies to optimize business operations and enhance productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements for process improvement initiatives.

Conduct performance and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of process enhancements.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business growth.

Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability.
