Job Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Process Intelligence (Celonis) implementation programmes running in parallel, across clients of varying complexity and industries.

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple delivery teams comprising data engineers, analysts, and process mining consultants; own resourcing, capacity planning, and performance management.

• Remain hands-on and technically credible - review and guide the design and deployment of Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and client leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and delivery roadmaps.

• Govern the setup of data extraction pipelines using both out-of-the-box connectors as well as custom-built connectors.

• Provide technical direction on Celonis ETL capabilities - Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.

• Guide teams working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.

• Drive optimization of data pipeline performance across engagements.

• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements at an executive level.

• Own delivery governance - status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation handling, and commercial tracking.

• Build capability within the practice through mentoring, knowledge assets, reusable accelerators, and best-practice frameworks.
