Job Description
Responsibilities:- Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
- Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
- Oversee the online enrollment process.
- Process events in People Soft.
- Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
- Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including: Open enrollment processes Entering elections into the system Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
