Job Description
Responsibilities:Develop and implement project management processes and governance frameworks to support growth and process transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance and leadership to project teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Define project goals, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project effectiveness and outcomes.
Monitor project progress by identifying risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management, including milestones, key metrics, and progress updates.
Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture best practices, areas for improvement, and to enhance future project delivery.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives, ensuring project execution supports overall business objectives.
