Agile Team Facilitation:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Ensure teams follow agile principles, delivery standards, and organizational governance practices.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparency across product and technology teams.

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role within an IT organization.
• Experience supporting agile software development and application delivery teams. Experience managing agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog coordination.
• Experience working with Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams. Familiarity with application development lifecycle, testing, and release management processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise application or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery methodologies.
