Job Description

• Manage and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure;

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications;
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and systems;
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operation of technology solutions;
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency;
• Conduct regular system performance tests and tune systems for optimal performance;
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on IT-related issues;
• Stay up-to-date with IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to the infrastructure.
