工作职责：

1、设备维保：制定工艺设备的预防性维护保养计划，按计划实施，以及对设备发生的故障负责维修以恢复正常使用;

2、设备分析评估：对设备的运行数据、维修数据、客户使用反馈等进行周期性回顾，对设备的状态、性能，做出评估，以便对来年的维保内容改善，计划调整，资产更新等活动给出依据;

3、设备技术支持：对设备的设计、选型、采购、安装调试、验收、验证、技术改造、报废等过程以及设备操作规程的制定提供专业技术支持;

4、设备管理：负责编写设备管理与维护相关流程，检查设备使用状况，控制设备维保计划与费用，管控备品备件，整理图纸资料及记录，支持设备编号与标签管理;

5、质量合规：遵守质量规范，负责完成设备的质量相关流程活动包括审计、变更、偏差、CAPA等;

6、安全管理：负责所维护的设备无安全隐患，在维保过程不发生安全事故;

7、其他工作：对同事培训和分享设备维护知识; 配合协助部门内部和外部相关岗位工作的完成; 完成上级领导交办的临时关键任务;

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历;

2、有3年以上制药和生物行业设备维护保养相关工作经验; 熟悉制药和生物生产设备的维护，熟悉GMP;

3、具备低压电工证;

4、机电/电气/电子/自动化相关专业;

5、能熟练的操作电脑，有办公软件（excel、word）的使用经验;

6、英语4级以上，具备基础的英语阅读及口语水平;

7、有较强的学习能力，责任心强，善于团队沟通和协同工作;
