Production Manager (INJ & EXT)
1.Negotiate with relevant departments to determine a reasonable production plan and organise staff to implement it, and complete the plan on time with quality and quantity to meet the sales demand.
2.Advise management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors.
3. Responsiblefor the development and management of production process parameters and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and/or R&D for product development, evaluation and improvement of existing production methods, equipment and processes.
4.Manage and train all related production staff, build up stable and adequate talent team in production.
5.Manage and execute various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency; execute all process according to time schedule for any investments.
6.Ensure all necessary protection regarding to environment, health & safety and risk management such as fire protection etc., in producton area, also be responsible to support the plant manager to coordinate and communicate with related government departments.
7.Other work assigned by the leader.
