Quality Engineer
1.Be responsible for supplier quality management, including receiving check, verification of existing products and new processes developed by suppliers, and tracking problems found in the process; In view of the quality problems of suppliers, require them to take corresponding measures and follow up and verify the quality status of them; Organize annual supplier audit.
2.Be responsible for prefabrication product quality control and improve it.
3.Be responsible for HB287 product quality control and improve it.
4.Be responsible for tracking and handling the product quality problems fed back by customers, and formulate corresponding measures with the responsible department to prevent the recurrence of similar problems.
5.Be responsible for product quality control during new product development to ensure that the products meet the specified product quality requirements at the mass production stage.
6.Organize quality training for inspectors and other employees related to product quality before mass production of new products to improve employees' product quality awareness.
7.Participate in the maintenance and improvement of quality management system.
8.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
