Business Development Manager (AV)

Responsibilities

• Grow the business in Sri Lanka by expanding the partner network and finding new sales opportunities.
• Find and sign up AV integrators, resellers, and other channel partners.
• Build solid relationships with large business customers, partners, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Create new leads and manage the sales pipeline from first contact through to closing the deal.
• Hold meetings and presentations with customers and partners, and run product demos.
• Work closely with the distributor and the internal team to develop and close deals.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and new business openings.

Requirements

• A college or university degree.
• 3-4 years of experience in AV, unified communications, video conferencing, or collaboration solutions.
• A strong existing network of partners and customers in Sri Lanka.
• Proven background in B2B sales or business development.
• Good understanding of the AV and collaboration industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-focused, and willing to travel across Sri Lanka.
• Preferred: an established network among AV integrators, system integrators, resellers, and business customers in Sri Lanka.
